Easter Egg Hunt

We enjoyed an Easter Egg Hunt at our church this morning. There was still snow outside, so they were all hidden inside. Ben got lots of candy!

Great day at the park

We enjoyed the beautiful weather by playing at a park. Charlie loved the swings and the slide. Ben loved climbing - and a friend from his old daycare happened to be at the same park (they loved being silly together)!

Charlie's 1st birthday party

Cousins Owen and Gavin came over to celebrate Charlie's birthday. We continued our Dr. Seuss theme by playing "pin the bowtie" on the Cat in the Hat, "find the feet" game (like an Easter Egg hunt but you have to find feet!) and making Oobleck.

This Winter has kept us indoors alot but Ben and Charlie have found ways to entertain themselves!

Iowa...

Charlie and Mommy visited Iowa in February. We helped Grandma on the farm after her surgery by cooking and cleaning...well, Charlie mainly liked to ride around with Grandma in her wheelchair and explore!

Charlie turns ONE!

We celebrated Charlie's birthday with a Dr. Seuss theme! Everyone wore Dr. Seuss shirts and we ate the classic red/white stripe hat from 'Cat in the Hat'. Charlie got really messy!
