Polar Express Night

We helped organize a Polar Express event at our church last night. Brad made an excellent train conductor and we raised $2000!

Trail of Lights

We bundled up and walked through the Trail of Lights tonight. Ben's favorite part were the 3-D snowflake glasses. Mommy's favorite part was the warming hut! Brrrr!

Ben's Christmas Program

Ben's preschool had their Christmas Program at school today. They sang lots of songs - Ben said his favorite was Feliz Navidad!

Treats for Firemen

It was our "2nd annual" bring-treats-to-the-Firemen-day! We made cookies, Ben colored a picture and we dropped off at a nearby firestation.

TWO Twin Bday Parties in ONE Day

We celebrated two twin birthday parties this afternoon - each were boy/girl twins. One at Chuck E Cheese and one at a local rec center. Whew - we are exhausted!

you love to eat - and weigh over 20 pounds!

you want to stand all the time - even in the bathtub
you get frustrated when you can't have something (especially my cell phone and car keys!)
you laugh at your brother every day
you pull the dog's hair every day too
you have the cutest smile and show it off to everyone you meet
you sleep great some nights and others, well, maybe you just want Mommy or Daddy to rock you
your top two teeth are almost in!

More Birthday Parties!

On Wednesday, Ben enjoyed his 5th bday and Brad celebrated his 35th bday too!!
We had a school party in the morning - more pirates! Then we went out to eat at Old Chicago. They had a great day!

Charlie at 8 1/2 months

Charlie is still such a happy little man but he gets really frustrated when he doesn't get what he wants! He LOVES to eat - anything (hope that doesn't change)! And yesterday, he pulled himself up...and I caught him again today. Uh oh, Mommy better baby proof the house.

Pirate Birthday Party

Ben turns FIVE this week and we celebrated with a pirate party with Owen & Gavin! We did walk the plank, pin the tail on the parrot, treasure hunt (and they found the loot!), pirate craft and ate jello jiggler pirate snacks. Owen & Gavin gave Ben a cool game: What's in Ned's Head!
