A nearby garden center held an Easter egg hunt. They had 11,000 eggs filled with candy and stickers! Charlie's age group went first. Then, it was the big boys turn. It was cold outside but the kids got lots of eggs and had lots of fun!
We went to the annual Easter egg hunt at our church. Ben found the golden egg and got a basket of goodies. Charlie picked up a few eggs and then decided to fill his bucket with rocks instead!
I ran my first half marathon today and the boys came to cheer me on! There were 3000 participants and my official time was 2:38.46. Weather was good but sooo windy!
Here is the video Brad took at the start line. I am in the last heat - so this is only about half the people. I am at the back, dressed in black and waving the camera: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zCZGo-J-03s
Brad and I signed up for a "Night in Paris" cooking class. The food was delicious (mussels, steak, potatoes and chocolate custard dessert ) and we had a great time!
The boys had so much fun playing with their Grandparents! We also got lots of house projects completed and enjoyed good food. Charlie's new nickname for Grandpa is "Hop".
